We have had a fantastic couple of days celebrating World Book Day by exploring the beautiful picture book 'Leaf' by Sandra Dieckmann.

The children took part in a range of different creative activities, based around the book, which then culminated in a special assembly to celebrate all the wonderful work the children did. There has been cave building, making crowns, drama sessions, poems and diaries written, beautiful artwork created and lots of lovely book talk.
