Swimming:
As part of our PE curriculum the children will be taken swimming during the Spring and Summer Term. They will be taken in groups usually for a period of 6 or 7 weeks. You will be notified when it is your child's turn to swim.
Sessions will run on Tuesday afternoons at Bishops Waltham Junior School Pool. Children will be transported there and back via minibus and will be accompanied by Mrs Britton.
They will need the following: Swimming trunks/shorts or costume (no bikinis please), swimming hat (pool rules), towel and a pair of goggles if required. This needs to be brought to school in a separate bag.
Earrings cannot be worn in the pool. They will need to be left at home or removed by your child (adults are not able to help) and placed into a container (provided by you) to store them. Verrucas must be covered.
