A lovely walk to St. Peter’s Church to celebrate Harvest

It was a lovely morning for the whole school to walk to the church to celebrate harvest. Each class presented a harvest themed section of the assembly.

An especially big well done to YR who stood up in front of the whole school to share their wonderful pumpkin pictures.

Thank you to class 2 who acted out the story of the Enormous Turnip; thank you to class 3 who together shared a harvest poem; also thank you to class 4 who led the assembly and taught us about harvest traditions around the world.

All kind food donations have joined those from the church and have been given to the Meon Valley Food Bank to be distributed locally. Many thanks for your support.
